Usage Policy

Use AVEX to create legitimate websites, request design work, manage projects, upload project assets, and communicate with the AVEX team. Keep briefs, files, and messages respectful and lawful.

Do not use AVEX for phishing, malware, spam, impersonation, illegal products, harassment, explicit exploitation, intellectual-property theft, or content that violates applicable laws or payment-provider rules.

Published websites must not mislead visitors, collect data deceptively, attack other systems, or bypass platform limits. We may unpublish or restrict websites that create security, abuse, or legal risk.

Only upload files you have the right to use. Avoid executable malware, stolen assets, private credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information. AVEX may scan, block, or remove risky uploads.

We may warn, limit, suspend, remove content, cancel orders, or close accounts depending on severity. Serious abuse may be reported to providers or authorities when required.
