AVEX provides website design services, graphics services, website-builder tools, project tickets, and related digital services. By using AVEX, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate account, billing, and project information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, or unlawful activity.
Orders become active after payment is completed or after a valid 100% discount, gift card balance, or credit balance covers the full amount. Project details, files, revisions, and delivery conversation happen through tickets in your dashboard.
You keep ownership of materials you provide. Unless otherwise agreed, final paid deliverables are assigned to you after payment is complete. AVEX may retain internal process files, reusable techniques, and platform code.
We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of AVEX over time. We aim to avoid disruption, but beta features such as builder previews or test payment flows may change more quickly.
