We collect account details, contact information, order briefs, uploaded project files, payment references, support messages, and website-builder content needed to operate AVEX. Authentication data is handled through Clerk.

We use information to create accounts, process orders, open tickets, deliver services, support customers, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and send important account or project updates.

Payment details may be processed by Cashfree or another payment provider. AVEX stores payment status, order identifiers, invoices, credits, coupon usage, and related transaction metadata, not raw card credentials.

Uploaded files and briefs are used to complete your requested work. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless it is required for the project. You can request deletion of project data where legally and operationally possible.

You can update your account details in the dashboard and contact AVEX for access, correction, deletion, or export requests. Some records may be retained for tax, fraud prevention, legal, or dispute-resolution reasons.
