Prices are shown before checkout. Orders can be paid through Cashfree, covered by AVEX credits, discounted by coupons, or fully covered by a 100% coupon or credit balance. Fully covered orders skip external checkout and open a ticket immediately.
Coupons may have percentage discounts, minimum order values, expiry dates, active/inactive states, and usage limits. Coupon availability is not guaranteed until the order is created.
Gift cards redeem into account credits. Credits apply toward eligible AVEX orders and are consumed when an order is confirmed. Credits are not cash, may be non-transferable, and may be subject to campaign-specific rules.
Refund eligibility depends on project status, payment provider rules, and whether work has started. Completed digital work, used credits, redeemed gift cards, and discounted/free orders may have limited refund options.
If payment fails or is reversed, the related order, invoice, ticket, website publish status, or deliverable access may be paused until the issue is resolved.
